We never ask for a password, a one-time code or a payment to release a withdrawal. If a message does, it is not from us.
Complaints & escalation
- Internal complaint. Tell support you are making a complaint and you receive a ticket number and a written reply within 2 business days. If that does not settle it, ask for escalation or write to complaints@hescore.casino with the ticket number: a person who was not involved in the first reply reviews the case and sends a final response in writing within 10 business days.
- iGaming Ontario. If our final response does not resolve it, take the complaint to iGaming Ontario, the provincial agency that conducts and manages internet gaming in Ontario and holds the operating agreement with us. Quote the ticket number and attach our final response. igamingontario.ca
- The AGCO. If you still disagree, raise the matter with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, the regulator that registers and supervises every internet gaming operator in the province. It is the final step in the chain. agco.ca
Keep your ticket numbers: iGaming Ontario and the AGCO both ask for them, and both expect the internal stage to be finished first. A complaint about a game result should include the game name, the round ID from your history and the time. Complaints about privacy or cookies go to the Privacy Officer instead, and then to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada – see the Cookie policy.
